CARETAKERS OF BUSINESS tells the story of the musicians behind one of the defining chapters of Elvis Presley's career. From 1969 onwards, the TCB Band formed the musical backbone of his live performances. While Elvis himself has been portrayed countless times, this documentary turns its attention to the musicians who helped shape the sound behind the performer.

Since 2015, Perdurabo Film has followed members of the TCB Band through concerts, tours and private moments. Interviews with band members, associates, family members and fellow artists are combined with concert, backstage and archival material, including previously unseen footage and untold stories. Beyond their years with Elvis Presley, the film explores the musicians' wider influence on modern music history and the changing world of professional musicians and the music industry.
